The accruals screen is based on the overheads both the variable and fixed which are added to the expenditure column. There is a percentage indicated on the right-hand side of the screen which will allow you to determine what percentage of overheads are going to be paid. The payment amount may also be adjusted by inserting an amount into the adjustment column, which could be a positive or negative amount.
